This page provides information on how to shop at our store, payment, shipping, and return/exchange policies. The rules applied differ completely depending on whether the delivery address is within Japan or overseas. Please check the relevant section.
🇯🇵 Domestic Shipping within Japan (Japanese)
Thank you for always using our store. The following rules apply to shipping within Japan and purchases made from within Japan.
1. How to Order
Please follow the usual ordering procedure: add your desired products to the cart, enter your shipping address (within Japan), and payment information to complete your order.
2. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB)
- Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Bank Transfer (Transfer information will be provided in the order confirmation email)
3. Shipping & Delivery Fees
- Shipping Carrier: Sagawa Express
- Domestic Shipping Fee: Free Shipping
- Delivery Time: Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after completion. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
4. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order is completed due to customer convenience. While we strive for the highest product quality, in the unlikely event that an item delivered has an initial defect or incorrect delivery, please contact us via the inquiry form within [※〇] days of product arrival. We will promptly arrange for an exchange with a new, good-quality item.

🌐 International Shipping
The following shipping rules, payment methods, and rates apply exclusively to international orders with delivery addresses OUTSIDE of Japan.
1. How to Order
- Select your desired product and add it to the cart.
- Proceed to the checkout page. Your store currency and interface will automatically adjust based on your detected market/location.
- Enter your complete shipping address (OUTSIDE of Japan) and select your preferred payment method to complete the order.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following global payment methods for secure checkout:
- Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB)
- Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay *Available local payment options may vary depending on your country or region. All transactions are securely encrypted.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Carrier & Tracking: All international orders are dispatched from Japan via International EMS (Express Mail Service) by Japan Post. A tracking number and full shipping insurance are provided for every package.
- Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically processed and shipped within [※3-5] business days (excluding Japanese national holidays). Delivery timelines fluctuate depending on your location and local customs clearance efficiency.
- Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Local Fees: All international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, and local value-added taxes (VAT/GST) imposed by the destination country.
- These additional charges are NOT included in the product price or our shipping fees.
- The recipient/customer is 100% solely responsible for all customs-related payments upon delivery. Our store cannot estimate, cover, or refund these charges under any circumstances.
- EMS Shipping Fee List (JPY): Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the package weight and destination. For your reference, the flat JPY rate matrix for each weight tier and destination zone is provided below:
